Returns:
If for some
reason you are not pleased with an item or need to exchange it,
please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Code (RMA).
You may email us at
service@babygiftsupply.com. A package without an RMA is automatically
refused so be sure to contact us first. Thanks!
Holiday items are not refundable though an exchange will be
made if at all possible.
Refunds are made in the form of original payment OR via company
check--at the discretion of Baby Gift Supply.com management.
Shipping costs are not refundable unless of
course an error is made by BGS. We will gladly work with you to
make this a wonderful shopping experience for you. We are honest
and fair and want you to come back so its important that we do
our best to please you.
Personalized items are NOT returnable.

We want to do more than
meet your expectations—we want to exceed them! If you are not
tickled with your purchase return it for a full refund of your
purchase price. Please carefully package the merchandise, tell
us what’s wrong and we’ll do our best to make it right. Worn items,
personalized items and special orders are not returnable.
Cancellations
Process
Most orders are
processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, we
are unable to cancel it. Email us to find out the status of
the order and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Your payment information is completely
encrypted and then saved to our 100% secure database. No credit
card or personal information is ever sent via email or other
non-secure means. Your information is kept private. We do not
share your private information with anyone. All credit card
statements will show charges from our company as My Miracle
Baby. Baby Gift Supply is owned and operated by My Miracle
Baby.
International Orders
Any applicable customs, duties, fees
or taxes are the responsibility of the consignee in the
destination country or the bill-to customer on the order.
For the protection of credit card holders as
well as vendors, credit card issuers have increased security
requirements for Internet orders. Additional information may be
requested for processing International credit card orders, and
additional time may be required to ensure a safe transaction.
Gift Packaging
We will wrap your gift for
a $3.95 additional charge. Please notify us when you checkout
if you would like this service. Include
your message and we’ll add a gift card at no additional charge.
Don’t forget to add the recipient’s name, address and telephone
number.
